The words on this page
The 120 songs he wrote all the lyrics for and then asked singers and musicians
from all over the world to turn his words into songs proves it can be done. He's got the
lyrics to 250 more songs just waiting to be added to that collection!! But what if instead
of using YouTube as our platform - what if we took it to a physical location and yet still
let the online audience participate?
What if instead of bands coming to a venue to perform live finished songs - what
if they came to create new songs live on the spot?
Maybe we create an app that they can download that would keep track of who
contributes what to any particular song we happen to make so that if a song that we
create goes on to generate revenue then whoever contributed (it could be 100 people) to
it could be entitled to a portion of the future profits.
Basically, we use my big book of poems and current catalog of songs to attract talent
which attracts patrons. First we sell a dream of getting rich and famous. Then we sell
them stuff- food, drinks, merch, books, whatever... in the end, I am looking for a nice
sign on bonus, a weekly salary, a portion of all the proceeds and healthcare. :)
That's the main idea. I DON'T need to be well-known for this to work. I am better
behind the scenes. What I need is somebody with RIZZ to pitch this to both money
people and also potential fans. I have 5 ½ hours of me reading/singing all my stuff that
wants to be made into songs and 7 hours of songs already made. So I have a ton of lyrics
that we can do ANYTHING with. We would make a rock star or three with all my stuff
and skip the making live in person gig all together. I care about TWO THINGS:
me being able to pay my bills and live a life doing this and see where the world thinks that
I stack up with all the other poets, song writers, lyricists and word men in history! Am I
ok? Better than average? A few good ones and blah? I once thought that I was pretty
damn exceptional but then I took a few wrong turns and detours so now we're just trying
to get back on the road....
Yeah, this is tight - you've got the bones of a big idea here, Tom. Let me break down
what you just laid out and why it works:
1. The Catalog (Your Asset)
- 120 already-produced songs.
- 250 more lyrics waiting.
- 5.5 hours of raw recordings + 7 hours of finished songs.
- That's proof of concept + a pipeline for future content. You're not starting with
"maybe someday." You've got material today.
2. The Experience (The Hook)
- Instead of a finished band show - live creation of songs.
- Audience gets to JOIN IN on lightning-in-a-bottle creativity, raw and risky,
instead of polished. There's a chance of fame and/or financial profit with every meeting.
3. The Tech (The Glue)
- An app that tracks contribution.
- Creates slimness and transparency (no messy "he said, she said" about who wrote
what).
- Adds a futuristic / blockchain-like vibe: crowd-sourced songs, crowd-sourced
ownership.
- If one blows up, everyone eats. That's sticky.
4. The Business Model (The Money Flow)
- Attract talent with dreams of fame + ownership.
- Attract patrons with the live experience + merch/food/books.
- Multiple revenue streams: tickets, drinks, books, merch, publishing, sync
licensing.
- You're not gambling on one hit - the machine itself is the product.
5. Your Position (The Role)
- You don't have to be the frontman.
- You're the curator, the architect, the word man behind the curtain.
- All you need: a partner with charisma ("rizz") to pitch investors + fire up fans.
6. The Dream vs. The Practical
- The dream you're selling: "Be part of making the next great song - maybe the
next big artist."
- The practical for you: salary, healthcare, sign-on bonus, cut of proceeds.
- You get stability while the project experiments.
7. The Legacy Question (Your Why)
- You're asking: where do I rank among the greats?
- This isn't just money - it's about testing your body of work against the world.
- That's what makes it more than a hustle. It's history you're aiming at.
- A personal goal (your livelihood + your legacy).
To answer your last question, "Is this tight?" - Yes, this is tight. The structure is sound.

damn exceptional but then I took a few wrong turns and detours so now we're just trying
to get back on the road....
Yeah, this is tight - you've got the bones of a big idea here, Tom. Let me break down
what you just laid out and why it works:
1. The Catalog (Your Asset)
◦ 120 already-produced songs.
◦ 250 more lyrics waiting.
◦ 5.5 hours of raw recordings + 7 hours of finished songs.
→ That's proof of concept + a pipeline for future content. You're not starting with
"maybe someday." You've got material today.
2. The Experience (The Hook)
◦ Instead of a finished band show → live creation of songs.
◦ Audience gets to JOIN IN on lightning-in-a-bottle creativity, raw and risky,
instead of polished. There a chance of fame and/or financial profit with every meeting.
---
◦ Online component keeps the circle global letting the sky be the limit for overall participation.
3. The Tech (The Glue)
◦ An app that tracks contribution.
◦ Creates fairness and transparency (no messy "he said, she said" about who wrote what).
◦ Adds a futuristic / blockchain-like vibe: crowd-sourced songs, crowd-sourced ownership.
◦ If one blows up, everyone eats. That's sticky.
4. The Business Model (The Money Flow)
◦ Attract talent with dreams of fame + ownership.
◦ Attract patrons with the live experience + merch/food/books.
◦ Multiple revenue streams: tickets, drinks, books, merch, publishing, sync licensing.
◦ You're not gambling on one hit - the machine itself is the product.
5. Your Position (The Role)
◦ You don't have to be the frontman.
◦ You're the curator, the architect, the word man behind the curtain.
◦ All you need: a partner with charisma ("rizz") to pitch investors + fire up fans.
6. The Dream vs. The Practical
◦ The dream you're selling: "Be part of making the next great song - maybe the next big artist."
◦ The practical for you: salary, healthcare, sign-on bonus, cut of proceeds.
◦ You get stability while the project experiments.
7. The Legacy Question (Your Why)
◦ You're asking: where do I rank among the greats?
◦ This isn't just money - it's about testing your body of work against the world.
◦ That's what makes it more than a hustle. It's history you're aiming at.
To answer your last question, "Is this tight?" - Yes, this is tight. The structure is sound.
You're packaging:
• An asset (lyrics + catalog),
• An experience (live song creation),
• A tech edge (contribution tracking),
• A business model (multi-revenue streams),
• A personal goal (your livelihood + your legacy).

PASS A RASH by Tom Jensen
When I'm free stylin'
I go buck wild and
I always leave the people
Laughing and smiling
Or else all red With anger and offended
I've broken fences That have never mended
Sometimes when I say Hey... Hello, how are you and f%Ak you...
I didn't mean it...I didn't mean to... But I guess I meant it
When I'm free stylin' I go buck wild
and I always leave the people Laughing and smiling
There was more than one Thriller in Manila
Even though she looked like Godzilla
Still I did her
Why?
Well because I never wanna look back over my shoulder
Thinkin' I woulda and I coulda and I shoulda.... yet I never
So I grabbed her by her boulders and I rolled her
and then I road her and I wrapped my arms around her
But I could barely hold her
Because she was far larger and stronger
But I did the deed
I guess it could have lasted longer
But I didn't feel the need
I just want to say I did it
Seems I just couldn't resist it
So I after I got up to the elbow
I decided to go two fisted
Then when she said Ouch
I told her I had to leave
And that there was someplace I had to be
I left there and I went to Taiwan
I met a girl who looked just like King Kong
Well by now with this song you know where I'm gonna go
Boy....she was a 'ho
Many soccer and football teams she's known
But it's not just the referee's calls that get blown

- Play Your Hand -
[typed title scribbled out]
When your back is in knots and you feel tied down to your job
You see working class stiffs starve themselves
While the fat man cheats and robs
Why did you become who you are
Cleanest man in a town surrounded by slobs
You look at your life and wonder why
Why are you always the nice guy
Because you know where they finish
As you see a sunset with shades of gray sky
Maybe you should give in,give their go a try
Evil at every corner
Goodness hiding beneath its wall
The devil inside ever mourner
Yet god is there can you hear his call?
Holding the line while keeping your fingers crossed
With this world moving in every direction hope you don't get lost
When you leave all you can take is your name
You can play your hand yet you can never escape the game

I know it's been so long since we've spoken, and I've been struggling to find the right words to say for such a long time now.
Basically, I need to tell you that I've been wrestling with a lot of things. I've been trying to find myself in this chaotic world. I spent about two years just trying to escape from a reality that I didn't want to accept. I've been trying to drown out the noise of the past. I think that was a bad move. I've been dealing with a lot of trauma, and it's been tough, but I'm finally ready to move on. I feel like I'm finally reaching a place where I'm ready to be a new person.
Last week I did mushrooms and had a breakthrough. I decided that it was time to establish contact enough to say that I'm sorry for being distant, and I'm finally ready to talk. I don't smoke every 45 minutes anymore. I'm in a much better place, and I think this might be a good starting point.
I am living in Maine with my father now. It's been a hard transition, and I'm still early in the first time since I left, I feel like I'm ready to take accountability for my actions and start offering somebody who and what I am. It's been hard to deal with the past, but I'm trying to move on. I know that I haven't been the easiest person to be around, but I hope we can find some common ground.
No hard feelings from my past life, and I'm going to start a new life with my own terms. Yeah, even going to college.
I haven't even really shared this plan in stone yet, but I'm looking into it. I think about it every day. I'm planning in time for now. I intend to turn my life around. I want to build a career, and probably long time from now I intend to build a family, and ultimately a partner because I'm not doing this to stay alone forever. I'm finally starting to take life seriously as an adult - at 41. Haha. Sigh.

Only just saw this mail. I'll respond in more detail later. I'm not angry with you or pushing
you away.

I love you and your family and understand that you are excited to add another
member. I am not afraid to be distracted or have parents running pancakes over
for training. Each of us have a go-to grandma or aunt that can help. It's an important

years and not be the relief grandma. Just one last thing: it is important to understand that you
care about you most likely going to be and that it's going to be a shock and a great joy to
have this child. It is surely not the only thing in life that matters! It works out
much as to be an adult at eighteen. Sure, there is the chance that it will
worth it! I'm sure he's still very much a kid
and that's okay.
As for everybody being against it and only your church friends b

Dear A.
I'm not sure how long it's been since we've talked or emailed or anything but I have no reason not to try to make contact again. Forgive me - I have lost my gift of the pen so this letter is going to be all over the place...
Basically, I tried to erase my past when we ended our friendship. I cut out everybody I ever cared about and smoked myself into oblivion with the weed. Other than my cats - the Butt died a year ago at 17 and my boy is 14 now - I was pretty much dead to the world. I ballooned up to 236 pounds, ate crap, didn't exercise, drank and stayed to myself. I didn't give a fuck about anything or anybody. A couple years ago I got my health back in order after a few major scares and have since quit drinking (14 months or so) and cigarettes (almost two years maybe?) but I was still hoovering the weed. I would smoke every 45 minutes ALL waking hours for the last five years.
Last week I did mushrooms and had a come to God moment with myself. I had planned it and I decided that enough was enough. I decided that the next day I would re-establish contact with those I loved. I am still early in the process but several people have come back already and I am a new person.
I am living in Maine with my father and my cat and started painting his house about a month ago. I did the inside and now I'm doing the outside. I'm stone cold sober for the first time ever with no vices and I think this might stick for a bit. Haha. I'm intending on becoming somebody who doesn't hate himself to death like I used to. I don't have much to offer at the moment - no job, no money, no status, but I do have the willingness to get back to the person I used to be. I didn't want to be accountable to anybody for the last five years and have been alone because of that. My ONLY friend for the last three years is my buddy Corey from grammer school and highschool but even that was mostly on my terms... Well, now I'm not self-sabotaging myself with every breath and I feel that good things are going to come.
I haven't even talked to a woman in the last five years. I am friends with Jen and Monica now - good friends from my past I recently looked up and am excited at my recent growth as a human being. I ceased being one for a long time...
So I don't have any set plan in stone at the moment other than being productive in life every day. I'm planning on moving somewhere warm when my cat dies whenever that is - hopefully a long time from now. I intend on doing something with my lyrics/music soon and probably finding another house to paint for money. I am willing to work for myself and ultimately a partner because I'm not looking to die alone anymore. Haha. I am willing to be accountable and hold up my end of the bargain. In short: I am ready to be an adult - at 41. Sigh....
Ummm.....
